1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another email once it ships (with tracking details).
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery across India.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand during sales or holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
- A small shipping fee (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner link.
You can track your shipment’s progress anytime until it’s delivered to your doorstep.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, phone number, pincode) are correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability at delivery time
- Wrong contact number
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping may incur an additional fee.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged during transit or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

- We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or full refund.
All claims for missing or damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery.

At the moment, Boostaro ships only within India.
